Terms and conditions of purchase, shipping and returns
For each item purchased, we apply the provisions of Belgian law regarding shipping, returns and warranty.
All prices shown are in euros and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
Shipping, reservation or administrative fees will be charged separately. Shipping costs are listed on the checkout page.
All prices shown are binding, subject to obvious material errors (such as clear typos or technical errors). Specifications are subject to change without notice. The statement of price refers only to the items as described verbatim. Photos are for illustrative and decorative purposes only and may include elements not included in the price.
B.I.S.S. Services has the right to refuse orders or attach additional conditions to a delivery. If an order is not accepted or if there are additional conditions, you will receive a message about this no later than 14 days after placing the order and any amounts paid will be refunded.
Shipping
Delivery methods In accordance with Belgian law, we offer at least two delivery methods for shipments within Belgium (and Europe):
Standard delivery (5 working days): items in stock are handed over to a transport service within 5 working days. The shipping costs per method are displayed on the checkout page.
Fast delivery (3 working days): items in stock are handed over to a transport service within 3 working days.
For items that are on back-order, an indicative delivery time is indicated or we will keep you informed of the expected delivery time via email. This deadline is not binding.
If you want to have a package delivered to a country outside the EU, please contact us first via info@biss-glass.eu for a price quote.
Guarantee and damage
The legal warranty of 2 years applies to all goods in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
On fragile products, including glass products, there is no warranty for damage caused by improper use, careless handling, fall or impact damage after delivery.
If there is other damage to the goods, if the delivery is not complete or if we have delivered the wrong goods, please send a photo showing clearly what is wrong to info@biss-glass.eu within 7 days of receipt. Describe what is wrong. We will then seek a solution that both parties can agree to (this may be replacing the goods, repairing them, sending them back and crediting them or some other arrangement). If the cause is ours, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns
As a customer, you have 14 days to change your mind, the so-called right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made, assembled or ordered for the customer, for materials cut to size, gift vouchers, sale products and for all other products that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
As a customer, you may inspect the product as is possible in a physical store. In the event of depreciation due to further use, a proportionate fee may be charged.
The amount paid, including the standard shipping costs of the outward shipment, will be refunded within 14 working days. Extra costs for express delivery will not be refunded. If you change your mind before the item is delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. If we have not yet created a mail order, you can cancel completely free of charge.
Goods purchased with a voucher or gift card will not be refunded, but you will receive a new voucher for them. Subject to legal obligations, we will not take back any items that have been used further than necessary for inspection.
If you want to return an item, you can do so in the following way: notify us within 14 days of receipt of the package via an e-mail to info@biss-glass.eu.
