Determination of discount rate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The discount percentage is determined based on the total value of the goods purchased by the customer in the period from January 1 to December 31 of the preceding calendar year. In calculating this annual total, only the net prices of the purchased goods are taken into account, reduced by any returns, cancellations, or credits, and excluding VAT, shipping costs, and services. <\/p>\n\n

Non-committal nature of discounts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The granting of such discounts is always entirely at our discretion and cannot be enforced by the customer. B.I.S.S. Services BV \/ BISS-GLASS.EU<\/em> reserves the right to change or withdraw these discounts at any time with regard to future orders, without this giving rise to any claim, expectation, or acquired right for the customer.<\/p>\n\n

Professional nature of the customer<\/strong>The discounts mentioned are exclusively granted to professional customers. B.I.S.S. Services BV<\/em> reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the granting of discounts in case of doubt about the professional nature of the customer. For verification, B.I.S.S.
